Critical Response Group (CRG) has been a Mission Partner of The "I Love U Guys" Foundation since 2021. We decided to become partners because we share the goal of providing the tools and resources to facilitate effective and coordinated responses during emergencies.
Critical Response Group is built on the foundation that when we all speak the same language, we work better. Through collaborative critical incident mapping, CRG ensures that emergency response personnel and internal teams are all operating from a unified understanding of a place: the site-specific nomenclature, the exact features of the location, and more. This common operating picture saves critical moments in an emergency, which can save lives. They are committed to the safety and security of the communities we are all a part of and strive to protect. Their solutions are built for practicality and ease of use to do the most good for the most people in an emergency.
Before developing their solution, CRG analyzed the true nature of an emergency and how public safety organizations act and communicate during those critical moments. Their team is comprised of US Special Operation veterans, public safety professionals, technical experts, and business executives who bring the lessons learned from the battlefield and beyond back home.

Their core offerings are Collaborative Response Graphics® (CRGs®)- simple visual communication and collaboration tools, useable under stress, to coordinate emergency response both outside and inside a building. CRGs combine a gridded reference system, high-resolution imagery, floor plans, and critical features within a building and surrounding exterior areas to create a communication tool that is usable in a crisis and accessible by first responders through any smart device.
